Room with a 2 1/2 size bed and a fold-down single bed. (Can accommodate one, two, or three people). It features a flat-screen TV with major streaming services such as Netflix, Disney Channel, and others, as well as satellite channels. It has nightstands and reading lamps.

The room is located next to a glass-enclosed gallery with garden views. There you will find books, armchairs, tables and chairs, a refrigerator, microwave, crystal glasses, and everything you need to heat up a meal and set a table. You can freely drink hot infusions and, for an extra fee, consume the beverages available in the refrigerator (wines, sodas, mineral waters with or without gas).

Enjoy the garden while preparing something on the grill or light a night bonfire while playing cards or simply enjoying the cool Mendoza night air.

Entry is through an automatic gate or a door with a smart lock, which facilitates your movements.

Located in the foundational area of the Capital City, the house has a lush and varied grove of trees, with a Paraguayan hammock and various spaces with tables and chairs or armchairs to enjoy it. You can make use of the barbecue grill (churrasquera) or the fire pit (fogonero).

The freely accessible spaces are the garden, the swimming pool in the summer season, the barbecue area, and the glass-enclosed gallery.
